Day 78-80: Reflection

Reflections on My 80 Days of Love, Art, & Wellness Journey

Eighty days—a full cycle of growth, devotion, and discovery. What began as a commitment to love, art, and wellness has become a radiant transformation, weaving itself into the very fabric of my life. Each day, a brushstroke on the masterpiece that is my becoming. Each moment, a note in the symphony of my evolution.

I entered this journey with the desire to live intentionally, to pour love into my days like honey into warm tea. Love for myself, love for my family, love for my craft. I vowed to embody grace in the way I create, discipline in the way I nurture my well-being, and reverence in the way I move through my daily rituals. The journey demanded more than passive participation—it called for deep presence, requiring me to be both artist and muse, both gardener and bloom.

Love: The Divine Thread

Love was not just a feeling in this journey—it was the foundation. I learned that self-love is the root from which all other forms of love flourish. My morning rituals, once hurried, became sacred acts of devotion to myself. My evenings, once filled with distractions, became intimate spaces of reflection and gratitude. In loving myself deeply, I found my love for my family and the world expanding, spilling over in the way I served, listened, and gave.

I redefined love beyond grand gestures. Love became the patience in my voice, the softness in my hands, the care in my words. It became the unwavering belief in my worth and the active choice to honor it daily.

Art: My Soul’s Language

Art was my compass. Through poetry, music, dance, and creation, I expressed my essence without the need for explanation. I embraced the magic of storytelling, the sacredness of movement, and the beauty of sound. My soul spoke through colors, melodies, and textures, and I listened.

Creating became a spiritual practice—one that connected me to the divine feminine within me. I found that every act of art was an act of worship, and in surrendering to that creative flow, I became more aligned with my purpose.

Wellness: A Commitment to Radiance

True wellness is a love story between the body, mind, and spirit. I nurtured myself with foods that honored my energy, with movement that felt like a dance with life, and with rest that restored my glow.

This journey taught me that wellness is not just about discipline but also about pleasure. The pleasure of nourishing meals, the joy of stretching my body under the sun, the bliss of stillness in meditation. Wellness is not deprivation; it is the fullness of presence, the joy of being well enough to embrace life completely.

The Transformation

Looking back, I see the woman I was when I started—the one who longed for balance, beauty, and divine alignment. And I see the woman I have become—rooted in love, adorned in artistry, and glowing with wellness.

This was more than a journey; it was a reclamation. A homecoming to myself.

And though the 80 days have passed, the lessons, the rituals, and the love will remain. They are now part of my daily breath, guiding me into the next chapter of my evolution.
