Day 17: HOME
The depression/anxiety/disgruntled rate has skyrocketed because people are perpetually sitting in an unclean environment and refuse to at least TRY and keep their spaces clean and decluttered .
Your home should be healthy, happy, and habitable.
Not only is cleaning your space a potent meditative and manifestation exercise; but, scientifically, it DRASTICALLY improves your mood and productivity. So..
Get up.
Eat betel leaf.
Make your bed.
Open curtains.
Smudge the air.
Light an incense.
Pray at your altar.
Play ur fave music.
Smoothie + breakfast.
Perform beauty ritual.
~
Put away your clothes.
Wash your baseboards.
Disinfect your electronics.
Disinfect your door handles.
Disinfect your light switches.
Clean everything you touch regularly.
Clean your refrigerators + freezers.
Plant flowers that detoxify the air.
Bleach the shower floor/bathtub.
Window cleaner on shower glass.
Clean + disinfect your entire toilet.
Change your bed sheets weekly.
Dust off your fans and furniture.
Decalcify your water faucets.
Sweep and mop the floors.
Wipe down the stovetop.
Clean the inside of oven.
Decorate your balcony.
Decorate your home.
Wash those dishes.
And dry them.
A well-tended sanctuary births a well-tended soul. With every surface wiped and every floor swept, you are not just cleaning—you are painting a picture of renewal.
Save this post and read it daily until these practices become ingrained in your habits.
